Blend the Camembert and cream together until smooth. Pour the mixture into ring molds and freeze. Once frozen, coat them in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs. Repeat this process twice. Fry in oil at 180°C.
Blend the Camembert until it forms a paste. Prepare mayonnaise with the egg yolks and oil. Then add the Camembert paste. Mix in finely chopped parsley.
Slice the hamburger ingredients. Fry the steaks and lightly toast the buns. Assemble the burger: steak, Camembert disk, sauce, and fillings (tomato, lettuce, onion).
