Beef Curry Samosa

Ingredients

Samosa

  • 50 g. Président Cream Cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 pinch Chili Pepper
  • 10 pcs. Brick pastry sheets
  • 100 g. Ground Beef
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Vegetables: 1 Carrot and 1 Tomato
  • Arugula
  • A small amount of Olive Oil
  • Parsley and Cilantro
  • Salt, Pepper

Sauce

  • 30 g. Tartimalin Cream Cheese
  • 2-3 stalks chopped Green Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Shallot

Step 1
Samosa Filling

Dice the carrots and onion and sauté them in a pan with a small amount of olive oil. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add the diced tomato and herbs. Place one teaspoon of the mixture onto each sheet of pastry. Add 5g of Président Cream Cheese. Fold into the desired shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes (or fry in a pan with a little oil).

Step 2
Side Sauce

Mix 30 grams of Président Cream Cheese with the chopped green onion. Then add lemon juice and finely chopped onion. Mix well and serve with the samosas.
